We're Top Tier Carpentry & Roofing, a family-owned business based in Warragamba. We look after homeowners and builders across Sydney, the surrounding regions and anywhere in NSW.
13+ years on the tools
We've been working in roofing and carpentry for more than 13 years, for homeowners, builders and property developers. In 2024 we started Top Tier Carpentry & Roofing Pty Ltd to run jobs the way we think they should be run: turn up when we say we will, explain what's going on in plain English, and do the job properly the first time.
These days most of our work is insurance roofing: roof reports, make safes, leak detection, rectifications and like-for-like repairs. We're on call 24/7 for emergency leaks and make safes, including the hard-access and difficult jobs like roof collapses, structural damage, temporary propping and boarding up.
We still do plenty of new roofs, skylights, patios, framing and decks too. Every job is backed by our 10‑year workmanship warranty.
